Minced garlic, parsley and lemon juice make great additions! Serves 2.
1 bunch radishes
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp. maple syrup
Salt and pepper
Slice the radishes in half. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the radishes and maple syrup and fry off at a high heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring every now and then. When done the radishes will turn bright pink and become caramelised. Season with salt and pepper, and serve
