Simple and delicious. Serve with green veg and your carb of choice.
100g yellow pea or fava bean flour
200g root veg, grated (e.g., beetroot, parsnip, carrot)
pinch black onion seeds,
pinch smoked paprika or chilli (optional)
handful coriander, chopped
oil for frying
Mix together water and flour. Mix in veg, spices, salt and coriander. Place large spoonfuls of mixture into lightly oiled frying pan and cook a few minute each side.
