Our deli teamís own delicious recipe
1 tbsp linseed + 3 tbsp water (this is the equivalent to 1 egg, use this for any recipe calling for egg)
1 clove of garlic
1 cup cashews
4 tbsp yeast flakes
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp mustard
Put the linseed and water in a food processor (or bowl if you're using stick blender) and let sit for 5 mins.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to a very smooth sauce.
Taste and add more soy sauce or salt if needed
