Spring is making its mark on our shelves this week, with plenty of new season produce rolling in. Despite the rain in Spain and the south of France, we’re still receiving an abundance of fresh produce from our European suppliers – tender artichokes, vibrant asparagus, and sweet broad beans and peas to name a few, perfect for celebrating the changing seasons.
As the winter citrus season winds down, asparagus and strawberries are stepping into the spotlight, bringing a taste of sunshine to your plate.
To continue the celebrations, we’ve also got something special: beautiful organic tulips from the Netherlands, just in time for Mother’s Day.
Last but certainly not least, this Friday marks the arrival of our first pallet of UK tomatoes from the Isle of Wight – a real highlight in the veg team’s calendar!
