Ingredients
  

  • 300-350 g pitted dates
  • 240 ml boiling water
  • 60 g cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Pour boiling water over dates and set 10-15 minutes until soft. Blend until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. Chill completely (approx 3 hrs) before spreading on cupcakes.
