Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 pint of soya milk
  • 1/3 cup of granulated tapioca
  • 1 tbls maple syrup
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients and bake at 150C for 2 hrs, stirring once or twice during cooking. Serve with sliced kiwi on top.
