Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp tapioca
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 cups water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Put the tapioca, cocoa and three cups of water on to boil for ten minutes. Mix the maple syrup into one cup of water and add to pan with the salt. Boil for five minutes. Serve with oat cream.
