Silken tofu is the smoothest edible substance imaginable, it has enough body to be whipped into a state resembling thick mayonnaise-and to hold this form, if stored properly, for days
- 1 box of silken tofu
- 1 small clove garlic
- 2-3 tsp cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
