A delicious on the go breakfast! Customise to your taste with different fruit, flavoured milks or spices.
Course Breakfast


  • A handful of toasted coconut chips
  • A handful of frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 180 ml Coconut or Almond Rice milk
  • 100 g porridge oats gluten free if desired
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed spice


  • Place oats in a medium sized jar. Stir in the spice. Add milk and stir again. Top with toasted coconut and raspberry to taste. Close the jar and leave in the fridge overnight. Warm through or eat cold!
