Delicious, easy, spreadable and made with better fats than you might find in ready-prepared marg. Easily adaptable to your tastes.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g olive oil or liquid oil of your choice approx 110ml
  • 100 g odourless coconut oil - or raw with odour if preferred
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt according to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whip together or ingredients or whizz with a stick blender. Scrape into a sealable container. Keep in the fridge, and once it sets, the consistency should be ideal for spreading.

Variation

  • For a nice green marg, try avocado oil instead of olive!
