Blender needed. This recipe can be doubled and frozen in ice cube trays as well. If you're feeling like a forager and it's early spring, you can replace some/all of the basil with ramson garlic.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp pine kernels
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp creamed basil jar or a big bunch of fresh

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients
  • Add lots of fresh ground black pepper, some salt to taste
  • Store in a jar in the fridge and enjoy often
