Blender needed. This recipe can be doubled and frozen in ice cube trays as well. If you're feeling like a forager and it's early spring, you can replace some/all of the basil with ramson garlic.
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp pine kernels
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp creamed basil jar or a big bunch of fresh
Blend all ingredients
Add lots of fresh ground black pepper, some salt to taste
Store in a jar in the fridge and enjoy often
