Course Salad, Side Dish

  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper


  • Slice the radishes in half. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the radishes and maple syrup and fry off at a high heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring every now and then. When done the radishes will turn bright pink and become caramelised. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
