  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ inch fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 spring onion finely sliced
  • A handful of fresh coriander.
