A lovely addition to roast dinner. Serves 4.
- 2 bunches radish
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C and chop radishes in half. Combine radishes, oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Spread radishes over roasting tray. Season.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, until the radishes have crisped and brown and tender. Add more seasoning and freshly grated lemon zest if desired.
