Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Quinoa rinsed
  • 1 large leek
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 peppers same or different colours
  • 1 litre boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and dry pan-fry the quinoa with the sea salt, garlic and leeks for 2 minutes, or until it smells nutty. Add the peppers and toast for another 2 minutes. Add boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. That's it!
