Ingredients
  

  • A tin of Cannellini beans
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1-2 dessert spoons of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of lemon juice
  • Small bunch of fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, adding more lemon juice / oil for texture and seasoning to taste.
