Not for the birds! Just a great snack – tasty, sweet and nutty. Makes 24

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g puffed millet
  • 250 g crunchy peanut butter
  • 8 tbsp agave/maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the peanut butter, syrup and vanilla extract. If the mixture is a little too firm, just heat it up a little in a saucepan.
  • Add the puffed millet and stir until combined. Place the mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the fridge and roll the mixture into balls. Place the balls backs into the fridge for another 30 minutes to allow them to set.
