blend the walnuts in pulses for 15 seconds
add the pitted dates, dried cranberries, coconut oil and salt to the blender and blend for about a minute until you get a sticky dough
take out the seeds from ½ a pomegranate and add them to the dough. Make sure to remove the pith and dry the seed before adding them to the mixture
make smalls balls from the dough
keep refrigerated
