Walnuts, Cranberries and Pomegranate Energy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 85 g walnuts
  • 200 g pitted dates
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ Pomegranate

Instructions
 

  • blend the walnuts in pulses for 15 seconds
  • add the pitted dates, dried cranberries, coconut oil and salt to the blender and blend for about a minute until you get a sticky dough
  • take out the seeds from ½ a pomegranate and add them to the dough. Make sure to remove the pith and dry the seed before adding them to the mixture
  • make smalls balls from the dough
  • keep refrigerated
