Ingredients

yellow pea or fava bean flour

water

root veg
grated (e.g., beetroot, parsnip, carrot)
pinch
black onion seeds
pinch
smoked paprika or chilli
optional
salt
handful coriander
chopped
oil for frying
Instructions
Mix together water and flour. Mix in veg, spices, salt and coriander. Place large spoonful of mixture into lightly oiled frying pan and cook a few minute each side.
