A delicious breakfast treat. Add more or less syrup if you like. This recipe uses cups (240ml) but use any smallish mug. You don’t have to be too exact just don’t skimp on the cocoa.

Ingredients
4cupsporridge
1cupdesiccated coconut
1cupflaked almonds
1/2cupground linseed
1/2cupcocoa
1/4tspsalt
2/3cupmelted coconut oil
1/2cupsyrupe.g. a mix of date and rice
1tspvanilla
1/3cupof raisinsor chocolate chips! optional
Instructions
Mix together try ingredients in a big bowl. Whisk together wet ingredients, pour over and mix well. Bake at 160C for 45 min or so, stirring a few times. Remove from oven, stir in raisins/choc chips and press down hard so it cools into a few chunks. Enjoy!
