Tahini and Date Truffles

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of date syrup
  • ½ cup of light tahini
  • 1 cup of fine walnuts
  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut
  • 2 cups of cacao nibs
  • For Decoration: desiccated coconut / cacao powder

Instructions

  • mix all the ingredients until you get a solid dough
  • make small balls from the dough
  • in a small plate place the desiccated coconut / cacao powder and roll the balls through them
  • keep refrigerated
