A super quick and easy recipe which can be eaten with salad for lunch, a side dish or tapa, or wrapped up in a lovely Italian Flat Bread (find the recipe using Recipe Search button to the right!)

Ingredients
1tbspolive oil
4garlic clovescrushed
400gtin chopped tomato
2x 400g tins butter beansrinsed and drained
Small bunch basilchopped
Instructions
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan. Fry the garlic for 1 min, then add the tomatoes, and some seasoning.
Tip in the beans and a splash of water. Cover and simmer for 5 mins, then stir in the basil and serve.
