Ingredients
250gdried butter beans
2clovesgarliccrushed or chopped finely
2tspdill
A liberal splash of soy sauce
Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Soak butter beans over-night in plenty of water. Change the water and boil for an hour or so- until they are cooked through, but not soft. Warm up the olive oil gently, add garlic and dill, then beans and soy sauce. Cook until dark and a bit crispy, but don't burn.
