- 250 g dried butter beans
- 2 cloves garlic crushed or chopped finely
- 2 tsp dill
- A liberal splash of soy sauce
- Olive oil for frying
- Soak butter beans over-night in plenty of water. Change the water and boil for an hour or so- until they are cooked through, but not soft. Warm up the olive oil gently, add garlic and dill, then beans and soy sauce. Cook until dark and a bit crispy, but don't burn.
