Ingredients

spinach
rinsed and chopped
1
onion
chopped, and 2 cloves garlic, minced
1
carton Oatly cream
or similar
½
bunch parsley
chopped
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Sauté onions to brown. Add garlic, cook 2mins, then add spinach. Wilt. Add Oatly cream, parsley and season to taste. Heat through and serve over pasta or rice. If desired, garnish with yeast flakes & toasted cashews.
