Out of season, just use whatever you have on hand!

Ingredients
1medium onionfinely chopped
2-3clovesgarlicminced
½bunch asparagus or 2 courgetteschopped
handful of broad beans or peas
2vine tomatoeschopped
1/2tbspoil
25-50ggreen pea flour
sprinkling of nutritional yeast
1/2carton oat or soy cream
salt
Instructions
Boil water and cook pasta according to directions on the packet.Heat oil in a frying pan and fry off the onions until golden.Add garlic, asparagus/courgette and saute for a few more minutes. Add broad beans or peas and cook 1-2 minutes more.Stir green pea flour into the veg. Cook a few minutes before slowly adding oat cream and a little extra water.Add nutritional yeast, season with salt and stir to thicken. Cook for another 5 minutes or so.Drain pasta and stir sauce through. Serve topped with fresh tomatoes.
