Ingredients
100golive oil or liquid oil of your choiceapprox 110ml
100godourless coconut oil - or raw with odour if preferred
1/4-1/2tspsaltaccording to taste
Instructions
Whip together or ingredients or whizz with a stick blender. Scrape into a sealable container. Keep in the fridge, and once it sets, the consistency should be ideal for spreading.
Variation
For a nice green marg, try avocado oil instead of olive!
