Cranberry & Chocolate Tiffin
- 150 g chocolate
- 50 g Vegan Block or similar
- 40 g rice syrup
- 200 g Doves Farm digestive biscuits
- 50 g dried cranberries chopped
- 1 tsp orange extract
- Melt the Vegan Block and syrup together in a medium-sized saucepan over low heat.
- Break the chocolate into pieces, add to the saucepan and turn off the heat. Stir until the chocolate melts.
- Crush biscuits with a rolling pin, or in a food processor.
- Mix cranberries, orange extract and crushed biscuits into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Press into a 20x20cm tray lined with baking paper.
- Refrigerate until set, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
