- 500 g Quinoa rinsed
- 1 large leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 peppers same or different colours
- 1 litre boiling water
- Rinse and dry pan-fry the quinoa with the sea salt, garlic and leeks for 2 minutes, or until it smells nutty. Add the peppers and toast for another 2 minutes. Add boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. That's it!
