Vegetarian Sausages

The great thing about Sosmix is that its so easy to use!


Ingredients

150g Sosmix
1 bunch finely chopped spring onions
1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Handful of chopped fresh herbs, such as sage or rosemary,
Or 1-2 tsp of dried herbs.

Procedure

Simply mix 150g of Sosmix with 250ml of very cold water & allow to stand for 10 mins.
Add the finely chopped spring onions, garlic & herbs.
Simply form into sausage shapes & shallow fry for a few minutes on each side.
