Quick and easy. Serve with warm pitta bread as a starter.
- A tin of Cannellini beans
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1-2 dessert spoons of olive oil
- 1 dessert spoon of lemon juice
- Small bunch of fresh coriander
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, adding more lemon juice / oil for texture and seasoning to taste.
