Reducing packaging use at the deli
We’re trying hard to reduce the amount of packaging we generate as a business. For the past six years we’ve been giving a discount at the deli each time you bring your own pot, this has generated a decent re-use rate, currently equating to about 20% of total salad and olive sales.
