Purple sprouting broccoli season is here!
One of the best signs that winter is turning into spring is our growers picking the first hits of PSB. This week they are coming from Organic Pantry in Tadcaster and Newfields on the North Yorkshire Moors. These vibrant stalks are tender and packed with flavour β perfect roasted till a little charred and tossed into pasta, or simply steamed with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.
Why not pair them with a creamy Spanish avocado and a soft French butterhead lettuce for a fresh tasty salad!
