We also recommend adorning them with some segments of blood orange. They’re at peak season now and are perfect.
Fresh in from Spain we’ve a delivery of berries. Blueberries are coming from the Pozo family’s land in the South of Spain, near Huelva. For over fifteen years they have grown organically, carefully hand harvesting the berries in the early morning before the Andalusian sun gets too hot. These have a great balance of sweetness and acidity and are tasting great for such an early season example of the fruit.
Also from Spain we’ve a hit of delicious strawberries, although these have limited availability due to the humidity levels in the region.
