These taste great served in warm pitta bread with salad and Beetroot Tzatziki.
- 240 g cooked rice
- 190 g beetroot grated
- 70 g oats
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor or simply mix together by hand.
- Place the mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Form the mixture into burger shapes. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the burgers on each side until golden.
