- 50 g puffed millet
- 250 g crunchy peanut butter
- 8 tbsp agave/maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix together the peanut butter, syrup and vanilla extract. If the mixture is a little too firm, just heat it up a little in a saucepan.
- Add the puffed millet and stir until combined. Place the mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and roll the mixture into balls. Place the balls backs into the fridge for another 30 minutes to allow them to set.
