It might sounds a little surprising, but it works!
- 500 ml almond milk
- 4 Tbsp oats
- 1 mug (approx 220g) pumpkin puree
- 1-2 tsp molasses to taste
- 1 banana frozen ideally
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 8-9 ice cubes if your blender does ice!
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients except ice and maple syrup, and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend, then add maple syrup and blend briefly. Serve topped with Whipped Coconut Cream and cinnamon if desired.
