Ingredients

2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp maple syrup
½ inch fresh ginger chopped
1 spring onion finely sliced
A handful of fresh coriander.
