There are millions of salsa recipes, this is just a start.
- 4-6 tomatoes mostly seeded & chopped
- 2 diced white onions
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bunch coriander minced
- 2-4 chipotle chilli or equivalent rehydrated & pureed
- Juice from 1–2 limes
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Mix together above ingredients & serve!
Experiment with chilli varieties, roasting the veg first & part–blending (e.g. half).
