- 250 g block firm tofu
- 2 tbsp coriander ground
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 120 ml tamari
- 480 ml filtered water
- Cut the block of tofu into 4 ½cm thick slices, then cut the slices diagonally into triangles.
- Combine the coriander, garlic, tamari & water in the bowl and mix well. Pour marinade over tofu triangles and marinate for at least one hour. Stored in a sealed container in the fridge, they will keep up to three days.
- Pan fry in olive oil for a few minutes on each side until browned. Can also be grilled or baked.
