Salty Spiced Toasted Nuts
- 4 cups nuts try 1 cup each of brazils, walnuts, almonds and cashews
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2-1 tsp salt or more to taste
- 1 tsp ras al hanout or choose what you like from cumin, paprika, chilli powder, coriander and pepper
- Chop larger nuts if you want, then mix all ingredients together well. Tip into a single layer on a large baking tray. Toast at 160C for 20-25 minutes, stirring at least once and taking care not to burn!
