Mulled Wine
Feel free to change this recipe at will, you won’t go far wrong! Maybe try a vanilla pod, a few cardamom pods, or a grate of nutmeg in the mix. Or maybe a small bit of ginger, a bay leaf, apples or satsumas. Perhaps a splash of ginger wine or sloe gin before serving?
Granola
This recipe is from a Unicorn member who hails from the US of A, so the measurements are in cups. As a guide 1 cup = 240ml = approximately half a pint or 1 mug. It’s a simple recipe and is very adaptable according to your tastes. Experiment!
